Pilates is my first love. Physically it creates strength without building bulk. Mentally it creates strength by connecting you to your body and teaching you how to look after it and how to get the most from it. Joseph Pilates is my no.1 rock star!
I love all exercise. I run regularly, attend ballet and other dance classes, boot camp, whatever takes my fancy.
Pilates has massively increased my endurance and efficiency in all of these various exercise forms and that’s why I want to teach Pilates to everyone!
Part of the reason why I love Pilates so much, is the understanding on alignment at a skeletal level and the emphasis on teachers to have anatomy and physiology knowledge.
